Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“It was difficult getting confirmations of the paperwork I was sending in on a timely basis. I would have to call to confirm receipt of my documents because I felt my emails weren't being received.”

Mistakes and lack of follow-through
“The firm never wrote down the name of the woman we were speaking to, throwing the case details into a spiral. For 9 months this attorney and his staff told me my case was 'Pending'. Not only was it NOT pending, they were lying to me telling me they 'had a back end system to check the status of my case' when I called the government agency myself and was told the case was cancelled 1 month after it was filed. The attorney didn't tell me it was cancelled due to their error. They didn't tell me they missed the appeal, just as the other attorney did to me a year prior.”

Unprofessional staff and office management
“The staff is very unprofessional evrytime you call their are ether on the phone or at lunch, there is always an excuse when trying to reach out the office, on top of that they had send critical personal information of mine to members of my family by mistake.”
