When you're going through a divorce you want an attorney who will do more than just file paperwork and represent you in court. You want someone who will take the time to understand your case, come up with a strategy and plan of attack, keep you focused on the overall picture, and give you solid legal advice along the way. Attorney Zawada does all of that and more. She gets right to the point but she'll also take the time to explain things in a way that's very easy to understand. We covered so much in our first conference call - I don't think I've ever met someone who is more efficient with her time than Brynn, yet it never felt like she was rushing through things. It's like every question she asked was designed to extract the most relevant information from you so that she could build a perfect mental picture of your situation. At the end of that call I had a very clear idea of what the whole process entailed and how were going to get from point A to B as smoothly as possible. As the case gets moving you begin to see where Brynn really shines: She's a true legal advisor who you can count on to give you honest advice without sugar coating it. She'll tell you when it makes sense to stand your ground, when you should bend a little, or when you should just let it go. She always has your best interests at heart and she's excellent at negotiating on your behalf. I've heard nightmare stories about attorneys who get "caught in the weeds" with their client and allow simple cases to drag on for 2-3 years. You won't get that nonsense with Brynn. She's incredibly organized and very quick to respond to e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. The other attorney didn't move with a whole lot of urgency (to put it nicely) but Brynn was relentless in keeping the case moving forward and got everything wrapped up in 6 months! In the end, the outcome GREATLY exceeded my expectations and having Attorney Brynn Zawada representing me was worth every single penny. I hope to never go through this again, but if I do I know who I am calling. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Jennifer is the best attorney I've ever worked with. She is easy to communicate with and every interaction is very positive. She has plenty of knowledge about immigration and always does her best to put forward a strong case. She genuinely cared about my case and I am glad that I trusted her with my case!

Family court is extremely difficult. I feel for any families or children who are navigating the court process. I tried to navigate through court procedures myself, on a guardianship plagued with arguments. Brinn did in 2 visits what I could not do in two years. I am happy. My children are protected. I could not ask for more. I have had MANY other lawyers. She is the best one out there. Organized, empathy, common sense, aggressive, REALISTIC, the list of key qualities is unending.
