I applied I601 waiver of grounds of inadmissibility for my father and waited for almost 3 years only to get an insufficient evidence letter from USCIS. I reach out to Randy for help and he quickly put everything together as extreme hardship case for my father. I met him in office twice only and he knew exactly what needed to be done. A little over a month later, USCIS sent an approval letter of my father’s case. Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him! I wish I had reached out to him earlier to save the 3 years of wait time. I can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he has done!
