He is known for not helping his customers with the service they need and playing both sides with you and the judge in court. DO NOT GET THIS LAWYER

This lawyer is currently my court appointed attorney. The first few times we met, without him looking into the evidence, he recommended a guily/insanity plea. After my own legal research, I discovered false evidence in my case. After presenting him prosecutorial misconduct, he has refused to promptly address the court of prosecutorial misconduct. I am currently incarcerated and he has ignored all communications and noshowed two times. I am now forced to have to pay for a lawyer who will actually fight for me. He's creating a HUGE conflict of interest. I feel like because he is court appointed and I did not pay for him, his representation is poor. As soon as I can, I'm reporting him to the BBO.
