He represented me well. Very professional

I will be making a complaint to the State Bar Association for misrepresentation of my adult son because he did a horrible job of representing my minor child in a CPS case and allowed my ex (the actual abuser to get away with the case closing, by taking my exs word without proof of custody change in a different county). To this day (the case closed in January of 2021) my ex has now totally gotten away with wrongfully keeping my minor child away from me. I have a not even heard my minor childs voice in over 2 years. So, everyone who has had a bad experience needs to complain to the State Bar Association.

His office does contract work as guardian ad litem for foster care cases. He does almost nothing, waits until 1-2 days before the case to call and say he needs to see the foster child, and says almost nothing in court. Many other GALs we’ve had will travel to the foster child and are much more engaged in knowing them and their case. He does the bare minimum and makes it very difficult for extremely busy foster parents to meet with him in return for his underwhelming work. If we had the money to pay for our own lawyer for our foster kids, we would do it in a heartbeat.

Fred jenson takes to long to respond. An he doest make your issues a priority. I would not recommend him.

He gets your hopes up then doesn't do anything in front of the judge to help you. He doesn't answer or return your calls. He avoids his clients at all costs, once he's been paid. He didn't even send the correct paperwork following my arrest. He's worthless as a person and more so as a lawyer. I would never recommend him or his office to ANYBODY.

Hire this guy and pay him to serve you up for slaughter for the court. Fire this guy and keep your freedom.
