This review has 5 stars but what I actually meant was 6. By the time our meeting was over I understood fully what was going on with an otherwise very confusing situation about a commercial lease. He's makes sure you get the idea, so you can put things in their right perspective. For someone just starting out with their business we couldn't afford to have things turn against us; sooo glad I spoke to Mr. Berry.

As a 64 year old man who has never been in trouble in my life, imagine how scary it was to be falsely accused of a crime by a tenant of mine who i had recently evicted from one of my rental properties. I went to court on my own, knowing i was innocent and did nothing wrong, thinking i could handle it on my own , but was advised, basically scolded by the judge that i better get an attorney. These were very serious charges and i would need representation. Through a relative of mine , i was referred to Brian Berry. My wife and i meet Brian at his office. Super nice guy. Seemed very confident and definitely knowledgeable of the law. He made us feel very comfortable as he explained step by step what the process would be going forward. When we left his office , we were sure we would be well represented. Jumping ahead, the court date was set for a jury trial. Brian always kept us in the loop. As a pretty private person, i was not looking forward to sitting in court as a defendant with a jury watching my every move , especially as an innocent man. About one week before my trial was to start , Brian called and told me that he got the case DISMISSED. Imagine the relief. There is no doubt in my mind that this guy is an awesome attorney. The only down side to not going to court is that we couldn't see Brian, a very classy man, in court , in action, tearing up the prosecution and debunking the lies of the accuser. But i wouldn't trade the outcome for anything . Thank you Brian Berry. I not only consider you a great lawyer, but a good friend.

Attorney Anthony Guerriero is spectacular. My mother recently passed away and my family was in need of immediate assistance with transferring my parents house into my fathers name and with taking care of her credit card balances. Mr. Guerriero was a godsend when it came to taking care of her estate and getting her affairs in order. He has decades of experience and he is very good at his job. I highly recommend utilizing Mr. Guerriero if you or anyone you know unfortunately finds themselves in a similar situation.
