We very much enjoyed working with Bill Ager to update our wills, other estate planning documents and in particular, create a "ladybird" deed. He answered all of our many questions in an unhurried, easy to understand way. We would highly recommend Mr. Ager for all estate planning needs.

Selling property isn't something I do every day, and doing it without a realtor wasn't something I had done in the past. Bill explained to me the process, wrote up the sales agreement and contract, and went with me to the closing. Along the way he answered any and all questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
