Wow, just got off the phone with Tisha. She is not a nice person. I literally was just asking questions and she turned what I said into something completely opposite, and when I said you misunderstood.... she became another person. I didn't realize this until asking my next question... If you are looking for a lawyer with a quick temperature and no patience... you've found your law firm. I would like an apology.

Absolutely incredible experience with my chapter 7 bankruptcy. The entire team was nothing but kind and prompt to respond if I needed anything. I think my process went well because I understood that there were going to be a lot of documents I would need to provide and I was always ready to get them to the lawyers promptly. I can't thank their entire team enough for giving me a fresh start. I would highly recommend them in the future.

I went to them to help with my debt. I wasnt sure if I should even start filing, as I am a single parent with low income. Michelle told me they could work with me. I filed and then was unable to afford the bi weekly payment (job loss) so my case was dismissed. Now I have to pay for a bankruptcy that never happened but my biggest problem is I have asked for receipts of my payments, so I can keep track of the balance and they refuse to provide the info. I have asked them for over a year.

Michelle has horrible communication, purposely emails you partial responses in legal jargon you don't understand so that you have to email back with questions, and of course a charge for every email. Charged me thousands for work not done and time not put in, dishonest, unethical, immoral, uncaring, and unprofessional. Then dropped my case because I lost my job and she didn't see me as a money source anymore. Would give zero stars but it won't let me.

Michelle wouldn't listen to me. Put me in a chapter 13, when I qualified for a chapter 7. I owed $758 on my mortgage. I told her I would make that up. My response back from her was you will lose your house and car. Mow I'm stuck with no attorney. Still paying weekly payments for something I could have been done with. And paying an attorney for nothing.

15 years ago we found ourselves severely upside down in our house, loss of income and growing debt. Marrs and Terry got us on a repayment plan and stopped collection efforts. Thanks!

Katherine Gerding is unprofessional and incompetent. She promised drafts three weeks ago and when pressed for them became defensive and suggested I find a new lawyer.
