Dan Geherin's guidance and support through my case was unmatched. Not once did I feel I was left in the dark. He answered all my questions and concerns with professionalism and tact. I love this firm. I am a first time offender and was very scared after my incident arouse but Dan was very upfront with me throughout the entire process on what to expect & very helpful with prepping me for court. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have. Marti (paralegal) is amazing as well she will answer ANY question you have & is a very active listener, if you're unsure(nervous) about something she will definitely try her best to help you figure it out & reassure you about it.

My drivers license had been permanently revoked in MI for many years which made it impossible to get license in the state I currently reside. Dan and Marti represented me and walked me through the appeal process step by step, right up to through the appeal hearing. Hearing went well, the hold was removed the following day, and I was able to get a clear Florida drivers license.

I had received a driving offense in Ypsilanti township. Dan was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job explaining a complicated course of potential outcomes. He was prompt in everything he said he was going to do. He was realistic and took the time to explain the different possible outcomes. His hard work and dedication to my case paid off as well and my judgement was what we had hoped for. I would highly recommend him as a lawyer to anyone.
