I am a California attorney and, when newly licensed in Michigan, I attempted to assist a family member with a dire problem. There is nothing like thinking your child may go to jail for an innocent mistake. My family member had never been so scared. During COVID her son made a ridiculous mistake. Because of COVID there was a delay in notices which made matters worse. I found Mr. Geherin through a Google Search and realized he had practiced in CA where I practice. What a relief! So friendly and so helpful. A busy man who took an exceptional amount of time to explain what needed to happen. My relative hired him and said that he took charge, explained EVERYTHING clearly, and hit the ground running. He included me so that I could keep abreast of what was going on. He lifted a warrant so my relative could be protected. As soon as he was hired, he knew what to do. He said he needed to lift the warrant and the very next day the warrant was lifted. Whew! He told us what he could do and he did it. He told us what was gonna happen and it happened. He always made sure to leave time for my entire family to ask any questions.
