Dan Geherin and the whole team were amazing for the entirety of my process. We were able to meet via zoom and phone call when I needed and I was immediately put at ese upon our initial consultation. I communicated with his staff (Stephanie) multiple times via email and phone call even before I paid, and I don't think I had to wait more than an hour to get an email response from someone. I was always made to feel like my case was extremely important to the team, even though I knew that it was routine and that I was probably the easiest case they were going to work on all year. He spelled out the terms of my case very clearly, knew what to expect and was able to work with the city in order to reduce the charge against me. Dan's candor and demeanor were nothing less than professional and he never once made me feel guilty (even though I was) or like I wasn't worth his time. Instead of jail time, I received probation and fines. Hiring a defense attorney is one of those things that you hope that you never have to do, and I hope that I never have to meet Dan in a professional manner again. I hope that I'm never in a situation where I need to call them, but if I ever need someone to represent me in any sort of legal matter, Dan Geherin is going to be my first call. I made plenty of mistakes that night, but calling Dan wasn't one of them.

Not the cheapest attorney that I found when looking for a license restoration lawyer, BUT I live in WA State and I had 2 alcohol related driving infractions that had caused my license to be suspended indefinitely by Michigan... but you often get what you pay for, and his reviews looked solid. After talking with Dan I had really good vibes and I think I chose correctly. He's a no BS kind of guy and he'll tell it to you straight so if you get your ducks in a row and listen to what he has to say I'm sure your case will come out great. Also Geherin Law group has an amazing staff, Stephanie a paralegal who works there was pretty vital in through the hole process, and I don't know if I would have made it across the finish line without her patience and understanding. If you're sitting on the fence about Geherin Law group, take it from me, your money will be well spent at Geherin with results you could count on. Nobody's paying me to make this review, I didn't get a discount, I am very much a legit real person. Mr. Geherin and his team were incredible at helping me resolve my legal issue (High BAC DUI). At all times open and honest about what I was facing, they made sure I was taking all the necessary steps to receive the most favorable outcome of my case (and I did).
