Irv was instrumental in solving a very difficult matter with our business partner. He encouraged us to stay professional and businesslike even though we were very emotional about the issue. He helped us to hold firm on our position, but to compromise where compromise seemed necessary. He is very detail-oriented and remembered anecdotes we told him which ended up proving useful in drafting our final agreement. We came out feeling like we got exactly what we wanted out of the negotiations. Irv was also a pleasure to work with and we got along very well. He was extremely dedicated to our case, and kept us on task throughout. We received prompt responses whenever we had a question. We plan to use him in the future for any other matters that come up.
