I felt enriched from the knowledge and legal advice that she shared with me regarding my upcoming Child Custody/Child Support Modification hearing. As a Non Custodial parent with joint legal custody, I was very satisfied with our phone consultation. I would highly recommend this Law Firm for matters such as mine.

I can only speak to my experience with Alison, but it was overwhelmingly negative. She failed to keep me up to date and educated on the divorce process/my case. It seemed to be a very low priority for her. During mediation she didn’t advocate for me or produce any suggestions to find middle ground, she just sat quietly on zoom and typed away on her laptop. I ended up negotiating the entire settlement with my ex via text, and outside of the mediation date. The real icing on the cake was when she gave me the WRONG DATE for my divorce hearing. We went back and forth via email, she confirmed the date in writing multiple times. It was actually a month earlier than she had told me, I had to (very unprofessionally) race out of a work meeting and was completely unprepared for the court date. Avoid at all costs.

Why is a divorce attorney, trying to handle a house title probate matter, and not referring a client with such an issue to a colleague who specializes in such matters?

Made errors that caused a delay. Never filed paperwork and issue is still unresolved a year later. I was disappointed with Sandy's work and this was an extraordinarily simple case.

Alison Is nothing but a money hungry person. Paid her thousands and was only left paying to see my child and then receive a multi thousand dollar bill by here when I've never met her or seen her personally. After working with Sandy Musser and her team this review is a no-brainer. Sandy and her team are dedicated and diligent. From our first consultation through the entire process of establishing a custody order I have felt more than comfortable and taken care of. She uses a very common sense approach to fighting for you and she is honest in the feedback she gives you. If there is anyone looking for a family attorney, especially father's who feel lost and hopeless, you need to contact her ASAP.
