I filled out the intake form on the website somewhere between 4:30-5:30pm. When submitted I was not expecting a reply for at least a couple days, if not over a week (having experienced similar wait times with a few other ferms). I received a follow up email within just 2 hrs of me submitting, and it wasn’t a generated automated response, Noah reached out to clarify some of my issues in a few back and forth emails after 8pm at night. Even though he will not be representing me at this time, his willingness to communicate with me in such a timely manor at such a late hour shows the effort he puts into possible clients! 👍
