A bunch of empty promises. We met with Mr. Fett and he agreed to take our case and talked about how great it was and we would get justice. He abruptly dropped our case without our knowledge because he got too busy. Also, his administrative help is very poor, not very knowledgeable, unreliable, and unprofessional. Find a different law firm, like we did.

I personally regret hiring Jim Fett. He was too busy fishing and/or working on other cases to work on my case, and missed important deadlines. The newer secretary he hired is rude, unprofessional and made many errors on very important documents. Fett wasted our time for well over a year and a half. He also filed my case wrong, according to new counsel. I don't recommend this firm for more reasons than I can count. Jim's temporary part-time attorney must have felt badly about Jim's neglect, so on his own he called me to help me find a new attorney. Kontry referred me to Keith at Miller/Cohen in Detroit. Keith was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional with very pleasant office staff.
