“The receptionist was very impolite and rude for someone asking for help. Don't call if you are looking for support.”

Limited awareness of services provided
“Lady on the phone was a grump and extremely rude. Asked if the SLS provided services for applying for tax-exempt status (for a school club) and she said no, which was fine. However, she went on to give a number for a referral services from the Washentaw Bar. She said it WAAAAY too quickly and when I asked her to repeat the number, she told me to look it up online and hung up immediately.”
