Excellent customer service and 'bedside manner'
First time needing a lawyer in the area. Reached out in a bit of panic via their web form. They got back to me within one business day, called me back right away after I missed the call. Jackie, specifically, provided a wonderful consult that clarified all of my questions and concerns. Will certainly use again if the need arises.

I was repeatedly interrupted and told there was "no money" to be made in my landlord-tenant dispute in low income housing because the landlord probably has lawyers on the books and, well, he costs 300 an hour. I was also informed that there's no legal remedy for "bad" landlords neglecting repairs, ignoring lease agreements and privacy rights, or being manipulative and abusive toward a 100% disabled veteran. I was told to go to a civil rights attorney, and that no attorney around here would take my case, but that's was just their opinion...
