I met Peter when I needed a lawyer because of a malpractice issue that resulted in permanent harm. It was a very hard time for me and I had no idea how to proceed given that I was still quite ill. Peter was thorough, negotiated with the hospital attorneys on my behalf and worked tirelessly on my behalf. He was a true advocate for patient rights. He kept a cool head but it was obvious that he always had my best interest at heart. In the end, a very fair settlement was reached. Peter Davis was very knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining a judgement for me after my husband fell, sustained a head injury and died.
