I worked with Chen Immigration Law Group to file both EB2 NIW and EB1A. I got my EB1A I-140 approved and then I retained the company for I-485 petition. I got the green card recently. It was really a pleasure along the way. The Law Group is patient, efficient and responsive. The online system is very easy to use. Attorney Wills handled my NIW and EB1A cases with care and profession. He really dived deeply in the materials I prepared, and turned them beautifully into strong recommendation letters. We also had 2 phone calls during the process, and he answered my questions and addressed my concerns very well. I began to work with Chen Immigration Law Group to file my I-140 NIW and I-485, together, on Nov 16, 2020. Since my visa was expired, I had only 45 days to submit my case to USCIS. The Chen team worked with me patiently, and very fast to prepare all the documents in only 45 days and both I-140 and I-485 cases were submitted on December 30, 2020! They followed my case closely and whenever was necessary, they contacted the USCIS. My I-140 was approved on Oct 18, 2022. If the experience, passion, and kind and close collaboration of Chen's team weren't there, my case would not be prepared in such a short time.
