My EB1A I-140 was recently approved with premium processing! Chen Immigration did an excellent job during the entire process. They are very professional, customer-focused and detail-oriented. I am so glad to share my success experience with my EB1B case, I submit my request 3years ago want to start my NIW application with them, but I didn’t provide any information until this year, I asked whether they could transfer my case from NIW to EB1B, they agreed immediately and also it was refundable if my case was denied! I started to provide my information in July, and got RL from my recommenders in middle of August, after that everything went very smooth, 10days got the PL from my lovely attorney MR.C. My EB2 NIW was recently approved. North Immigration Law Group was very responsive to all my questions and did an amazing job ensuring I had all needed to receive approval. I am in Animal Sciences/Veterinary Medicine Field and applied with my Master's degree (Ph.D. completed at approval) and 36 citations (46 at approval). My timeline for I-140 Priority Date: Dec 14, 2021 Conversion to Premium Processing: Sep 22, 2022 Decision (Approval): Sep 27, 2022 We will be retaining Chen for the I-485.
