I highly recommend to work with them to get things done

It has been a great experience working with the Chen Immigration Law Group. They are very professional and helpful. I was amazed at how careful the paid attention to every single detail of my case preparation. My EB1A was approved a couple weeks ago, I feel obligated to to write this review because I have been really grateful for how they have helped me. Will definitely refer North America Immigration Law Group to people who I know are planning to apply for green card.

It took me 1.5 months after submission. Why search other places, when you know the one of the best films?

It is my pleasure to work with the Chen Immigration team over the last three years. I received approvals under EB2-NIW and EB1A without any RFE that tells substantially about the petitions that the Chen immigration team prepares. Chen attorneys are highly professional and knowledgeable about their work. They responded to my questions in a timely manner addressing all queries appropriately and in detail. I am very thankful to their help and highly recommend their service.

I've had three immigration petition cases with this law firm: I-140 NIW, I-140 EB1A, and I-485. My NIW and EB1A cases have been approved, and the I-485 case is pending. I appreciate all the hard work by this firm. In my opinion, they provide sound, conservative legal consultation, and they are a group of honest law professionals. They also provided prompt responses and analyses to the changes in U.S. immigration policies, which were plenty during the 45th administration. Their attorneys could be busy at times, but it's been like clockwork that their staff would get back to any questions from me within a business day. Last but not least, there had been some occasional errors and discrepancies on the agency side when my cases were processed, and this law firm had been crucial when it came to navigate these unexpected circumstances. They had the experiences and data points to tell what was normal and what needed my action. Overall, I'd say they are excellent in "holding my hands" through my immigration cases, which in my opinion is what good lawyers do.
