Amazing!

During the last few years I contacted the North America Immigration Law Group on several occasions about my eligibility for a self-petitioned work-based green card (and several other clarifications). They have always provided clear and prompt answers to me. Then, in August 2021 I decided to finally apply for an EB-1A green card with them. The support I received highly exceeded my expectations and the drafted recommendation letters and petition where such a high quality that they only needed minor-to-no-edits from my side. In February 2022 we submitted the petition under premium processing and it was approved in less than 2 weeks with no RFE. I am really happy with the service I received from North America Immigration Law Group and I strongly recommend them if you need assistance with your green card journey.

They are very professional and very experienced! They also response timely. They had my NIW approved without RFE. Also, they suggested that I have a better chance with EB1b. I followed their advice, and got my EB1b approved too (no RFE). Fragomen told me that I do not have a good chance for EB1b and NIW, and recommend PERM. Surely, Chen Immigration’s advice is right.

Update: EB1B (June 2024) Got my EB1B approved after previously using their services for EB2-NIW approval. Chen Immigration & Attorneys are one of the finest firms out there with exceptional track record. I specifically worked with Katelyn Reinke and she was quick to respond to all my queries, meticulous and extremely professional.
