My NIW is approved on Jan. 5th after almost 6 months. I would like to give them 6 stars not 5 but unfortunately maximum number is 5. An outstanding law firm with professionals that know what they are doing! I consulted with four other law firms including a local one in my city, before deciding to go with Chen Associates. In case you are wondering, this review is of my own volition and they have not influenced this, other than through their amazing service! I used them first for my I-140 application, which was approved within a week (EB-1A, premium processing) and later for my I-485 also, which was recently approved. I was impressed with their efficiency, and the no BS articulate and convincing recommender letters and application they drafted. One of my referees even commented on the superior quality of the letter. Their paralegals and attorneys alike are super-responsive, both when you call them or via emails, which is critical for you as an applicant. Money well spent. You can't go wrong with these guys. Chen's team accomplished an outstanding job. They guided me through this hard process very professionally and have made my NIW case strong enough to be approved. Honestly, I did not believe it would work, but thanks to Michael Praglowski especially, he could write the awesome petition and convinced even me that I'm a good physicist and valuable for the US. Before I addressed WEGREENED, I consulted with other layers and was not sure they were able to turn my case into a good petition.
