Just got my EB1A approved. Where should I start! My original plan a few years back was to concurrently file EB1B and an NIW. However, within a few years, my profile strengthened and I was offered their iconic "approval or full refund service". Sean Lopez, the attorney who was handling my case, was very upfront about the merit of my case, which convinced me to file just an EB1A alone. I submitted my first draft of the statement of contribution towards the 3rd week of March and the EB1A petition was filed in the first week of May. Have an open conversation with your attorney so that they understand your expected timeline. ii.) Make sure your recommenders are prompt enough. It's a good idea to have an informal chat with them before suggesting those names to your attorney iii.) Write your statement of contribution in great detail, and make sure you emphasize the fact of your research's importance, both nationally and internationally. iv.) You can blindly trust these folks. You might find other attorneys cheaper than them, but trust me when I say this, these guys are worth every penny.
