They are very well organized and make the whole case preparation process easy by breaking the whole process into small steps to follow one at a time. They respond promptly to questions. I got my EB2-NIW petition approved in 7 days with the premium service, no RFE, straightforward process. It took me a couple of months to put together the requested information and get all the needed documents/ reference letters, but that was on me not on them (I should mention that I applied with a master degree from Europe as I am still a PHD student in the US).
