I have had a very good experience working with this firm. We started preparing my EB2-NIW I-140 application in August and filed in early November. It took 30 days for USCIS to approve my application at the Texas center with premium processing. The attorney handling my case was prompt in his responses, and provided detailed replies to often repetitive questions. I strongly recommend this firm for filing your I-140 applications! ------------- More recently, Chen also handled by EB-1A I-140 petition. The preparation of the petition was seamless and was prepared within weeks of the NIW approval. The application was submitted January 2024 and was approved within 11 days at the Texas service center with a premium processing request. As always, the team and the handling lawyer in my case were extremely efficient and timely in their responses. They gave an honest opinion of the benefits and pitfalls of upgrading my EB-1A case for premium processing,. This allowed me to take a more calculated risk.
