These people are truly the best. I have known of their service for at least 7 years now, and I started my Ph.D. knowing for a fact that there would come a day where I would get their evaluation and file a case with them. I'm extremely happy with Chen Immigration Law Associates. I got my EB1A approval yesterday within 12 days of submission with premium processing. I cannot recommend you enough to retain them for the NIW, EB1A services. They were very efficient in organizing the process from recommendation letters, drafting petition letter, & requesting for evidence materials (exhibits) to make a compelling case. Strongly recommended professional group with meticulous work ethics. I got my NIW in three months and now submitting for EB1A. My attorney (Alison) would listen to my questions over the phone for about an hour and answer each concern and guide in the most efficient way.
