They wouldn't listen to me about my case

Words can't express my gratitude to Angela Walker and her assistant, Leslie Wenzel. I've never worked with a lawyer before, but due to recent discriminatory issues I experienced at my workplace, I contacted Angela thanks to a friend's recommendation. I'm so glad I did! Along with their incredible professionalism and consistently timely follow-up, both Angela and Leslie were extremely kind and compassionate. Rather than filing a lawsuit, Angela was able to negotiate a solution with my company's counsel that I never thought was possible. Angela Walker is simply the best!

Recently worked with Frances Hollander, needing a consult on a severance package. I was provided with a completely free consult, which lasted more than 30 minutes of her time; also having been contacted the day before to answer some starting questions, so all in all my time accounted for an hour of their working time. Not only was the response quick, and efficient in covering every aspect of the agreement, as well as asking background questions to ensure I was covered completely; Frances was also extremely personable and caring about my situation. Too expensive, unorganized and small

I filled out their online contact information and never heard back. Maybe the system failed in which case my 2 stars is unfair. But assuming the system worked I should have received some sort of feedback even a "thanks but no thanks".
