Mr. Simon was referred to me for legal counsel, which I will always be grateful for. My case was not an easy one to argue or defend. Joe was always prepared and seemed to always be one step ahead of the issues the case presented .He always explained the facts to me whether good or bad which I greatly appreciated. Joe put a lot of time and effort into getting me the best outcome in my case. I'm sure he will do the same for you.

Joe represented a close family member on more than once occasion and I am entirely genuine when I say his representation most recently saved my loved one the burden of carrying a felony for life. Joe's guidance and strategy made all the difference in the case. We all recognize attorneys are not cheap, and this is the best thousands of dollars that I have ever spent. I do not believe there were better hands for my loved one's fate to be sitting in. Additionally, the response and fast action on his paralegal's part as well as the crazy fast speed Joe got involved right into the case were SO reassuring and gave us the peace of mind that they were all over this. I'm sure they see many MANY worse things than my loved one was facing, but they still operated as if it was the most important thing in our lives at the moment and quite honestly, it was for us. When you are confronted with having to enter the world of the criminal justice system for yourself or a family member, you’re terrified and don’t know what to do. It’s one of the worst experiences of your life. Hiring Joe Simon was the best decision we made. He explained the options including the pros and cons and patiently answered our many questions. He was there with us every step of the way. He was fair in terms of fees, his exceptional staff are supportive, and the lawyers working with him are also skilled and knowledgeable. This was an experience I hope I never have to experience again, or that any of my family or friends have to go through. Mr. Simon did an incredible job for my family during a very stressful time. He handled my son’s defense brilliantly and was successful in getting us a favorable resolution.
