She had to educate this financial institution about the law and was able to resolve the dispute in my favor. She had a better grasp of the financial law than this institution with its team of professional lawyers. Previously she handled my estate planning & was delightful to work with. She enjoyed fielding my many questions and explaining legal terms to me.
