I consulted my case (Heather analyzed all paperwork & provided best advice (found out that she was correct the next day @ the border). Whole withdrawal application paperwork had some concerning details of either getting a Visa (Canadians do not need a US visa unless a criminal background is identified) or a waiver (which would have taken months & especially in current pandemic time, when consulates are shutdown). She did not scare me on those details & guided me the right path to help me reunite with my family (no waiver was required at all).
