First, I want to talk about Emma Kesse1, who was a Para Legal in my case and did an awesome job staying on top of the line to help me out, explain in detail, correcting my grammar, preparing the testimonials, etc., One of the greatest things about her is immediate reply to unlimited and sometime stupid questions. John is very professional and need to take appointment to talk to him and help us out to clarify all the other questions. The story flow of the 1000-page application is very important and handled well by John before presenting to USCIS. Overall EB1A I-140 was approved in couple weeks after months of preparation. Next step is to get adjustment of status.... Very Excited.

Ellis Porter ROCK! They are incredibly organized, professional and responsive. They sent me a detailed email containing every bit of information I needed, from the probability of success to post filing. Once I started the process, I was contacted directly by Juliana (the paralegal) through a private portal on the company's website, who told me she'd be working with Jonathan on my case, and she gave me a briefing regarding how the process will go (evidence gathering, filing and progress tracking), and told me which documents they would need for the sake of having a complete package to file with the petition. Every time I asked questions, I got a response on the exact same day. Whenever they had any remarks/concerns, I was promptly contacted and given instructions regarding the remark incorporation. Thanks to the support I was offered, my I-140 petition was approved in about 4 months from the day I started working with Juliana and Jonathan. I would have written this review even if my EB1-A application was not successful as the merits of my case are completely different from the strategy & execution to present it to USCIS - that is completely down to John and his beyond stellar team, specifically paralegal - Caitlyn Buchanan. From the initial consultation to the no-nonsense, straight-forward rating of the odds of eventual success of the application and the drafting of the petition with evidences (totaling over 600 pages ;-) that I will come to in a sentence) - their work has been professional, thorough, respectful and overall exemplary. The pages of evidence matter since I got an approval notice without any RFEs. Yes, I did take my time in getting the material together; but, I would not have done that without their proactive (shoutout to Caitlyn) follow-up. Overall, I would strongly recommend Jonathan and Caitlyn for anybody looking to get their EB1 or EB2-NIW petitions together
