She is amazing, very nice and personable. Knows her stuff and was able to get the prosecutor and judge to sign an order to reopen a felony case from 7 years ago so that I could immediately plead guilty to a misdemeanor AND put it under 7411, removing it from my public record. This is basically equivalent to an expungement, which I was ineligible for. Actually better because my nonpublic record now only has a misdemeanor instead of a felony, so this was a better way to do it anyway!! Amazing work.

They handled everything for me and I got the results I hoped for. Very professional.
