X company hired this lawyer to handle my case. It was a nightmare. He would do anything just to get you started, he misfiled my information, he did not do advertisement for my case, and the result was blaming USCIS. Your first meeting with Dehai will sound excellent experience but wait until he files. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. If your company wants to hire this attorney be ready to take the responsibility. Never to mention the worst customer service ever represented by his wife I guess.

we have worked with this attorney for past few years for G.C processing. he is money minded, his wife is very rude.they are not proactive to provide info about the case. i advice not to choose him.

Mr. Dehai Tao is a really good attorney, but his staff really pathetic. His wife works at the front desk, she is the worst of all. They charge high price but they dont provide services what they were paid for

We have been using Mr.Dehai Tao for the last one year for our immigration needs escpecially for H-1B and GC filings. We dealt with many firms in the last 13 years and his firm is one of the best firms we worked with. We worked with Mr. Tao's firm on at elast 10 different cases relating to H1B and GCs.They are very professional, very knowledgeble and most importantly very caring. They treat each case with utmost care and make sure it is addressed properly. They got approvals for one H1B which was denied(By applying MTR) and also got a couple of I-140 approvals which were very complicated. They are up to date on Immigration and DOL matters. Mr. Tao is supported by an excellent associate attorney Ms.Saja Raoof who is also very good in what she does.She is very prompt in replying to your concerns and pays attention to very minute things while preparing the case. Their fee structure is very reasonable for the service they provide. Most importantly Mr. Tao is NOT money minded and goes out of the way to help his clients. He is a very aggressive attorney when it comes to answering the RFEs.You cannot go wrong with this firm. I strongly recommend Mr.Tao and his firm.
