I had bad luck with the horrible tenant; however, I have had good luck that I hired Jay as my Attorney. He helped me so much. He is so hardworking that I saw some emails and documents were sent at 2 AM. Jay is very responsive and reliable, and he is the one person I can always trust for sincere advice and direction.

Hired Jay to establish my LLC and we've done a lot more business beyond that. Has gone above and beyond especially accommodating me and my limited time and crazy schedule. He will be the first attorney I would recommend all the way around the board.
