I chose Sam Bernstein’s law firm to represent me in dealing with an unfortunate traffic violation (drove on left/accident), based on a strong recommendation from my spouse who had a very positive experience with Sam a couple of years ago. True to reputation, Sam and Sherilyn Foster-Tucker, who actually appeared on my behalf, were able to successfully get the original charge amended to a milder ‘impeded traffic’, which carries no points on the driving record. Their rates are quite reasonable compared to other law firms in the area. In fact, a couple of other lawyers I initially approached were quite skeptical since the violation had resulted in an accident. But Sam, Sherilyn and their office staff were right on top of things with clear, prompt communication and constant updates regarding the progression of the case. I am extremely happy and satisfied that I chose Sam Bernstein’s ArborYpsi law firm to represent me and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for similar assistance.

If I could give him a negative rating I would! Sammuel Bernstein is NOT for your best interest. He secretly works with the prosecutor and Judge to find a way to please them and smile in your face trying to make you think he is truly representing you. He will violate your legal rights and hope you don’t catch it! He is worse than a public (pretender) defender.

Sam Berstein is 100% real. He helped me get out of a wrongful accusation that would have put me behind bars. Leaning into what he does best... defend those that need defending through legal process. I've never in my life been a part of something like this, he was there for me, day and night, to make sure justice was served. If you need the best representation this is your man. He's honest and fair from start to end.
