One of the best decisions we made while purchasing a new condo in Ann Arbor, MI, was to have Joseph West, Attorney at Law, represent our interests. He reviewed our contract and related documents. It’s kind of funny all of his reviews start with two letters lol these are all fake. He is not a five star lawyer. He works for the state. He’s a court appointed attorney. Why pay for something you can get free?? I paid this man over $18,000 to get me the same results as a Public defender. Then, when I went in a court, the judge asked him if he was appointed or retained🤦🏼‍♀️ I guess that was a lesson learned. I’m just trying to let y’all know you can get this type of lawyer for free. The county cuts his checks!! Hopefully with that $18,000 he bought himself a new suit and got a haircut!

In 2022 I was arrested for a self defense matter where I put the opposite party in the hospital. Sam, a cunning, meticulous, but very sweet man, was intrigued with the dynamics of my case and took me as a client (while busy right after the new year). Not only did he get my case dropped, he became a friend, and a human I trust. Honor, Valor, Truth, Freedom and Justice is what you can expect from this firm. It got to the point whenever I'd get scared or anxious I'd call him and he always knew what to say and how to say it. Also his paralegals are swift. I don't know if discussing pricing is really kosher here but I believe he charged 2k to pick up my case and get me to trial, then another 2k when we went to trial, but I'm pretty sure he gave some back because the case was dropped. He deserved every single penny. I'd be locked away had I stuck with a public defender. And God bless this man.
