My family had an incident where a woman accused our dog of hurting her when he backed into her while obeying an order to sit while at the vet. I have known Jeff for many years and I called him right away. He listened to everything I had to say, gave me knowledgeable answers to my questions and afforded a solution that seems to be working very well for us. He also indicated that if we had any more questions or needed any more help, to let him know right away. I was very impressed with his ability to find a solution so quickly and I was impressed with his knowledge about liability cases.
