This company is a joke. They have absolutely horrible communication and a dishonest mentality looking to screw you over and garnish your money at the drop of a hat. The woman I talked to was rude and couldn't explain exactly what was going on with my account. "You didn't send us the paper work" or "you signed and agreed to it" were her only explanations. Most people are trying to better their situations by paying off delinquencies and mistakes from their college days and move on but they continue to treat you like a child. This company is a bunch of scamming snakes that kill people with their fine print and simple honest mistakes.

No a debt collector can't take a tax refund. Their a scam group an their violating both state an federal law.

It is hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone to speak too and when you get so.eone they are rude

They keep going after you and garnish wages from 2013 even after I paid them off another time, but never say if it's a payoff balance in writing. These people are sketchy and should have a Class Action Law suit against them. Keep all your records.

I wish i could put negative stars. Had an agreement to deduct payments from my bank account. Payments were stopped due to a form that needed to be filled out that was never sent to me. Paychecks get garnished for maybe a month, paid them off in full and they still have not released my garnishment. Its been 2 and a half weeks since i paid it off. Called the court they havent seen it even though they claim it was processed and sent over.

They are a debt collector. Not very nice to people owing money no matter the reason. I never heard from them until I got served a summons.

This company is very backwards very dishonest and full of liars I just got a garnishment sent to me and today is November 13th 2019 just got it in the mail and and it's date on it was September of 2019 so how are you going to give me 14 days to respond to it definitely definitely call the lawyer people

It's a collection company. They were decent over the phone. When I paid them completely, they sent my paid in full information quickly.

ZERO STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE! Very difficult to deal with - does not want to work with the individuals in debt in any way, shape or form and makes everything way more difficult than it has to be. I requested automatic payment forms be sent to me on multiple occasions and NEVER received them. I have left numerous voicemails over the last few years, and they say they have NONE on record - I never receive a call back. Half of the time I can't get through to a human when I call. They deny payment arrangement requests, and then get court ordered garnishments that literally break the bank account and make it so that a small family cannot survive. No one is willing work with me over there, and I have tried for multiple years.
