Cons
1
Unprofessional and dismissive behavior from staff
“Receptionist laughed at me when I said I was fired from my job. Little did she know I was fired because my job couldn't keep me because of a surgery I am having for cancer. Tried to say she apologized but I didn't catch any wind of an apology and neither did my boyfriend and she didn't want to actually apologize to my face. You Do Not Laugh At People! No matter the circumstances. In a professional manner!”
2
Lack of attention and responsiveness from the attorney
“Kelli constantly interrupts and never let's anyone talk, raised her voice many times at me. Told my boyfriend to mind his business when my boyfriend was there as my witness. Constantly threatened meditation when things didn't go her way and wouldn't negotiate any terms other than threatening meditation.”
3
Poor client service and disregard for client needs
“They just made excuses for their actions and didn't want to do their job. Lazy and cheap. Both receptionists Made fun of clients after getting off the phone with them while we were sitting in the lobby. Said out loud that people that called for consultations were crazy and that she didn't want to help them.”
