Being a young adult and not knowing much about what was going to happen, Kim and her office made things so simple for me to understand, and always answered any questions I had - no matter how silly. I had alot of anxiety and hesitation to file, but with Kim and her office it was such a weight lifting experience. I recommend Kim 100% to anyone who is considering filing.
