She talks crazy fast but is extremely knowledgeable. Just answer her questions as best you can and she will take care of you. Great support staff as well. One criticism would have to do with our difference in communication. I'm still not 100% sure how to handle two of my old bills. I believe I should keep paying but am unsure... I should probably call her again and ask.

Kimberly is very thorough. She helped my family and I sort out deeds & mortgages on family land in the UP, along with numerous other issues. She’s compassionate and understanding which is hard to find in the legal world these days.
