He took my case to the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims and was successful in having it remanded. He offered advice to me on how to perfect my claim going forward from there . Finally I was successful in having my claim approved by the VA. If he had not won the remand, I would have been dead in the water. I am grateful to him.
