James Bucknell is a terrible lawyer i had him appointed to me for an assault and battery charge before i fired him! He didnt care about my case or my future at all he just wanted me to plead guilty at every meeting to get it over with and make it easier on him. He tried to mislead me into pleading guilty by telling me a defered prosecution deal would prevent it from appearing on my record which is NOT true! So finally i FIRED HIS WORTHLESS!! And paid for a good lawyer who got the charge reduced to disorderly conduct. Id advise anyone to do the same or get any other lawyer but bucknell bad!! P.S. a "deferred prosecution" deal ABSOLUTELY DOES SHOW ON YOUR RECORD and its just as bad!!
