Trying to use the online website is like trying to go through the largest labyrinth. It was one of the worst online experiences I have ever encountered. I wish the staff actually wanted to help but my personal experience is that they don't care. I wasted money, energy and time because they can't actually explain the most minute thing until after the fact. I have no faith or trust in the system here and hope for sanity sake that I will never have to be involved in it again.
