Usually when I am anywhere near an attorney, I feel like I have to go home, take a shower and burn my clothes - I think attorneys are THAT disgusting. Mark was a truly NICE guy, and he quickly discovered a problem that no one else had been able to find in years of research. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a real estate attorney. He is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I've ever met. And he seems HONEST, certainly a rarity in attorneys!
