The Cortese Law Firm especially Nanette handled my particular matter with patience and intellect. She explained the law and I felt respected and treated like a long term client from the moment I walked into her office. Having great people that treat you fairly is more than just representation and this law firm is thorough and constructive with exceptional help in making things understandable. At the end of the day, you want it to work out and I truly admire the time the firm took to assist me in matters.

I hired Scott Batey and his law firm for a case of sexual harassment and retaliation at the workplace. They went above and beyond to help me through this tough time and was available for me anytime I needed to advice . Slack off the balance on my account because nobody has sent me a quote for the charges. I recall not much going on here and no action on my PC is identified and no help with the new Attorney and getting them up to speed.

What a complete waste of 1 year and 8 months. He puts in minimal below standard effort. You will either not win your case or win 1/3 of it dealing with this lawyer. And best of luck getting any hold of him even if it's urgent. No matter how good and winning your case is even with evidence YOU WILL LOSE working with this guy. Try Hertz Schram or Akeel & Valentine you won't regret they've earned their reputation for a reason. Another straight, Detail oriented, personally concerned & hard working employment lawyer would be Lyngklip & Associates Consumer Law Center, PLC also in Bingham just never Scott Batey.
