Silverstein Legal is top notch, and I would recommend Corey and his team to anyone. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. The entire process was seamless and efficient, even while conducting business over the phone and email. I have hired Corey Silverstein a few different times on different matters (business formation, trademark, contract law, collections, etc) and I have also referred him to a number of my business contacts when they needed legal advice. In every single engagement Silverstein has represented me or my clients properly. He has provided reasonable expectations, laid out clear courses of action, followed up continually and seen the entire matter to its final resolution without constant supervision. That's very rare. I was pulled over and charged with possession of marijuana. I was really worried about my case because I was facing jail time. After searching around, I finally found Corey and he managed to get my case dismissed because the cop had no right to pull me over. Corey is a great lawyer. He always answered my calls even when I called in the middle of the night panicking about something. I never had to chase him down and I felt like I knew what was happening with my case. Also he had reasonable fees compared to other attorneys I looked into. If I ever have a problem again (I hope I never do!) I will definitely call him. I would reccomend him to anyone who is going through a hard time.

After a series of personal tragedies I found myself in the very last place I ever expected to be...a jail cell. I have a reputation, career, and a loving family. “How am I going to handle this?” I asked myself as I've never been in trouble before. On a friend's recommendation I called Corey Silverstein. After discussing my case Corey agreed to meet me the following morning at my home. He sat with me and my wife at our dining table and discussed my situation at length. In spite of my circumstances (OWI) Corey made us both feel at ease. He immediately instructed me in the steps I needed to take to help myself both legally and personally. He also took a significant amount of time to speak with my wife and reassure her that this would not be a significant problem for us. Corey showed me compassion which wasn't something I was expecting but something I needed. The three months between my arrest and my first court appearance were nerve-wracking. Corey always took my phone calls and continually reassured me that what I was going through wasn't unusual or even inappropriate, just another thing to overcome. He urged me to leave the details to him and not to worry. Corey promised to “pull out all the stops.” Throughout the process I felt like I was Corey's only client. When my court date arrived Corey delivered on every single promise. Corey stood next to me every step of the way; he even instructed me in how to dress and what to say. While I was nervous I was never afraid thanks to Corey. In the end the judge treated me with respect and my sentence was lenient. A week has passed since my court date. I feel much better knowing that Corey drastically minimized the consequences for me. Instead of jail and a suspended license I was given minimal fines, a little probation, and some minor license restrictions. I couldn't recommend a professional more highly.
