Ms. Bankey interpretation of the law is poor and uninformed. Her judgements reflect her lack of knowledge and experience. I would not recommed Ms. Bankey to anyone. Unfortunately Ms. Bankey doesn't have her law firm listed as a business on Google, otherwise I would share my opinions there.

This has been my second time having the pleasure of Mr. Schwartz representing me and I absolutely cannot emphasize enough how incredibly professional and knowledgeable this man is. It is important to be professional and knowledgeable to be an effective attorney of course, but Mr.Schwartz went above and beyond in more ways than I can count. To give a few examples he was always asking about how my life had been going outside of my court issue and he had also remembered personal details from my life that i shared with him in passing while he was beating my first case for me, that i frankly would not have expected him to have remembered all that time later. His credentials speak for themselves as he has a phenomenal record and has personally won both of my cases for me. If you are in need of legal help there is absolutely nobody on this planet I could recommend more highly than Steven Schwartz; you would be hard pressed to find any minuscule flaw in his legal qualifications as i don’t believe there any at all, and he is also a fantastic human who is very easy to get along with and talk your case to on the side. Please do yourself a favor and hire Steven Schwartz as your attorney. While I cannot promise you that he will get your case dismissed (although it is something he is adept at), I absolutely can promise you that Mr. Steven Schwartz will get you the best outcome possible for your case.

I was facing a DUI and not only did he get it down to a OWVI but he also cut my probation time in half and I never lost my license! Ever since the first day I called him he was nothing but helpful and caring about my situation. Wether it was questions I had or things that he had information on that I didn’t he would always reach out to me and I could always reach out to him wether it was a phone call or text he personally made sure I was getting the best treatment along with his with fast response times. He is very well known and experienced which was securing to know. If you’re looking for someone to reach out to you would be making a mistake by not choosing Mr. Schwartz. I hired Steven Schwartz for my OWI. Best decision I could have made. They wanted to take my license for 9 months but was reduced to restricted for 3 months. Cut my probation time in half. Communication with me was excellent. I didn’t have to seek him out. He was on top of everything. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a nightmare finding a qualified attourney that was an excellent communicator. Everytime I called or texted Steven he was back to me within the same day and usually within 30 minutes. Steven always gave it to me straight during the process. I was expecting to recieve probation for a couple years. Steven had my violations dismissed and I didn't have any probation. I basically hired Steven because he was so responsive, and I'm glad I did! I highly recommend him.

Steve is a great person to work with. Always available when you need him, no matter the time. Very responsive, and wants what best for you. I highly recommend him, and if ever in the future I am in need of a lawyer, I will be giving Steve a call.
