My son was accused of underage use of MJ while driving, a misdemeanor. MR. Lynch did a phenomenal job and was able to get charges dropped to a civil violation. Clean record and no probation. Outstanding!!

He appealed my failure to submit to field sobriety test and I was able to keep my driver's license while awaiting sentencing, which should have been revoked for 1 year.
